Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories, manuals, and packaging.
- Products damaged due to misuse, drops, water damage, power issues, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Pocket routers, SIM-related devices after activation
- Projectors with lamp hours recorded
- Software-activated items
- Clearance or discounted items
- Products with missing accessories or broken seals
Refunds
- Once your return is inspected and approved, we will notify you.
- Refunds are issued within 3–7 working days via your original payment method.
- If the item is not eligible for refund, it will be returned back to you.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for manufacturer defects only.
- Physical damage, burn marks, board damage, and liquid damage are not covered.
Warranty
- Warranty coverage depends on the product.
- All warranty claims require the original invoice.
